Our carry-in service ensures that your order is delivered directly into your home. In Europe, that entails the designated space of your kitchen or wardrobe, in the US this means into the first room. To facilitate this, our logistics partner will open the transport packaging and bring the individually packed elements inside. To protect the materials, we recommend keeping them in their packaging until installation.
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery note. If any damage is apparent, it should be documented on the delivery receipt. In case of external damage, we ask that you take photos and contact our customer success team immediately, as transport damage claims must be submitted within three working days after delivery.
The delivery date will be scheduled in advance in coordination with our logistics partner. You will receive a call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Our logistics partner will also handle the disposal of transport packaging.
If you need to reschedule or encounter any issues with the delivery, please reach out to our Customer Success team as soon as possible. Any changes must be arranged directly through Reform.
