What to do if your order is damaged upon delivery?
In case of damages to your order during transport, we provide a new order to live fully up to the expectations and standards - and we do it as quickly as we can. Products damaged during transport must be documented with a picture that clearly shows damaged packaging.
If you are in any doubt you should always wait to unpack your order. You are within your rights to refuse receipt of the order, if the package is visibly damaged.
