Application and validity

Any delivery of products is subject to the following terms and conditions unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Terms specified by the Buyer during the ordering process are not regarded as binding unless Reform has agreed to these in writing.

Order

To finalize an order the customer must send a written acceptance of Reform’s final quote which is sent by e-mail. The order process is considered complete when the order is paid in full.

As production begins immediately after payment, no changes can be made to the order thereafter.

Prices

When an order is placed, the full order amount is to be paid. Payment is made via bank transfer to the bank account of Reform.

We will send an invoice/receipt for the purchase when our suppliers have concluded the order. This is usually once the order has been delivered.

Prices exclude installation, unless clearly stated as a service on the quote. Reform is not responsible for misprints.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing the order and is made via bank transfer to Reform’s designated bank account

A final invoice/receipt will be issued once our suppliers have completed the order, usually after delivery.

Products

All Reform products are made-to-order. In addition, some designs that are manufactured in natural and special materials may vary in expression from item to item. Reform cannot guarantee that the finish of your product is fully identical to a sample product and showroom model. For example, our veneered fronts may vary in grain and shade.
Aluminum for PLATE and FOLD can patina differently over time and depending on use and maintenance.

General variations can occur in all natural materials.

Reform cannot guarantee the integration of third‑party appliances or accessories into your kitchen. Please consult the retailer in question for guidance.

Cancellation

Because all Reform products are custom-made, production begins immediately after payment.
Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once payment has been received.

Delivery

Lead time and shipping of the order depend on the end destination and material of the fronts and will be stated in the order.

Orders are delivered to curbside unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, we do not have any option to book a lift or carry-up service for orders delivered outside of Denmark.

Some orders are shipped in a protective birch plywood crate. The customer is responsible for its disposal.

The shipping date is confirmed approximately a week before delivery, and we advise you not to book the installer before our shipping partner has reached out and confirmed the expected delivery date.

For international orders, a Track & Trace number will be provided once transport is booked. Delivery estimates relate to arrival at the courier’s nearest warehouse, after which the courier will arrange final delivery with the customer.

Longer delivery times can be expected during all public holidays. The applicable delivery time is stated in your final order. Installation is not included.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Additional costs arising from incorrect address information are the customer’s responsibility.

Additional products may be delivered in multiple shipments. Shipping and delivery costs will be specified at the time of ordering.

We have a fixed price of delivery in Denmark and calculate the freight price of international orders based on a combination of weight and volume.

If no one is present at delivery—and no alternative agreement has been made—the goods will be returned, and any associated costs will be charged to the customer. If the customer requests unattended delivery, this is at their own risk.

Reform assumes responsibility for the goods until they have been delivered to the correct address. After delivery, the customer is responsible for securing the products and proving any claim of loss.

The method of packaging may vary based on the order, and handling instructions for the transportation box will be provided prior to delivery.

Complaints/Missing items

Upon receiving an order, the customer must inspect the goods within two weeks to ensure they match the order.

Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Reform will work to correct such issues as soon as possible, typically within 7 days. Reform assumes no liability beyond what is required under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for any consequential costs due to late delivery.

Installers should not be booked until the order has been received and inspected.

In the case of worktops

Worktops must be inspected upon delivery. Any defects must be reported within seven days so they can be addressed.

Unless otherwise specified, Reform provides a 24‑month guarantee under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery and excludes issues caused by misuse or improper handling.
Photographic, dated documentation is required.

A defect must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after discovery. Reports made within 7 days are always considered timely. Freight costs will be reimbursed when relevant, but not costs for lifts or similar services.

Customers may request repair or replacement if the claim is justified. Reform will respond in writing to confirm next steps.

Disputes

In the event of a warranty matter or disagreement, the parties must first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled in the courts of Copenhagen under Danish law.
