If possible, we can ask the courier to place the order in a carport or similar, but please note this is at your own risk. Remember to arrange this with our Customer Success department, as the order will be returned to the terminal if you are not at home for delivery or have an agreement to deliver without signing.
We kindly ask you to check the delivery for any damaged and individual items as well.
If there are errors in your order, please refer to our complaint process. It is important that you have identified any errors within 7 days of receipt and before installation, and new items will be produced as soon as possible.
