Receiving your order
Upon receipt of your order, it is important you are home. If you do not have the chance to be home on the given day, it must be agreed prior to delivery, what the freight company can do with your order. If it has been agreed upon the freight company can place your order somewhere, however this will be at your own risk. If you are not at home and have not made an appointment, the freight company will have to return with the order and another delivery should then be arranged.
We appreciate if you unwrap the entire order at the reception, so you can get an overview of what you've received. It is important to store the order correct until you plan on installing the fronts.
If there are errors in your order, please refer to our complaint process. It is important that you have identified any errors within 7 days of receipt, and new fronts will be produced as soon as possible.
