Receive a First Estimate
We’ll begin by creating an initial sketch and cost estimate using our OUTLINE tool. This interactive tool allows you to explore different collections and materials, helping you visualize your options and compare choices in real time. Please note that the cost estimate is preliminary, and the final price may vary depending on any customizations made during the planning process.
Book an Initial Consultation
We encourage you to book an initial consultation with one of our experienced designers after receiving your OUTLINE. During this call, we will guide you through our portfolio of collections and materials, answer all your questions, and offer general advice. This first meeting is free of charge.
Move Forward to Receive a Tailored Design
When you're ready to proceed, we will schedule a follow-up meeting. During this meeting, we’ll refine your plans in detail using our 3D planning tools. At this stage, we’ll also ask for the measurements of your space as well as for the appliance specifications to ensure your design is perfect. You’ll receive a tailored plan, including 3D visualizations, along with key advice on material choices and technical details. Our goal is to bring everything together to make your vision a reality.
Placing Your Order
Once your design is finalized and you’re ready to place your order, we’ll send you a formal order confirmation. From there, we’ll prepare the final documents and invoice. Once payment is received, your order will be sent to our manufacturers, and the lead time will begin. Read more about delivery here.
