The fronts in our FOLD design in anthracite and the PLATE white and chocolate fronts are powder coated.
The surface has a bit of structure due to the powder coating, making the surface tactile and matte.
The aluminium has been powder coated with Interpon D2525 Structura – RAL 7016 / YL316F (Closest NCS: S 8005-B20G).. Powder coating forms a protective finish that is much harder than conventional paint, making it very resistant and durable to wear.
For the daily cleaning, simply a damp soft cloth. Just water will be fine, but you can add a bit of mild detergent. Dry off with a dry soft cloth
The powder coating is very durable, but please take care not to use any Acetone, as this may soften the surface leaving it brittle.
Instead, use Methylated Spirits, Turpentine or White Spirits instead for any stubborn stains/paint stains.
The back panel of the front can easily be cleaned with a soft cloth wrung in warm water with a mild detergent.
