Planning a kitchen doesn’t have to be hard. We've made an easy-to-use overview of the process, guiding you to your new kitchen.
Visualize your kitchen
Consider the overall layout of your new kitchen: what are you looking for in terms of style and look? Where do you want to place it? How big does it need to be? Get inspired by configurations and styles on our website, or visit one of our showrooms.
Sketch your project
When you have a rough idea of your basic configuration, we’ll present you with a sketch and the estimated price of your kitchen via OUTLINE. The program lets you compare pricing on other design variants and materials with your personal configuration. When you’ve found the right combination, we’ll invite you to finish up your project with one of our design consultants.

Finalize your design
Meet our kitchen planners when and how it suits you: in an online meeting or one of our showrooms. We’ll design your new kitchen in our 3D program, based on your specific measurements and needs, and send you the final offer.
In order to provide you with an accurate kitchen design, we need you to provide us with the exact dimensions of your space. We can use the following information as a basis for planning:
- A professional room measurement from Reform (recommended)
- A final floor plan from your architect, developer, landlord*
- Measurements taken by yourself (here you can find a guide on how to measure your room)*
We need the following information for your kitchen design:
- Floor plan of the room (length and width, as well as any columns, niches, ledges, etc.)
- Ceiling height
- Size and position of windows and doors (also dimensions of the window niche, door frame and the opening direction)
- Additional elements in the room (e.g. pipes, cable ducts, radiators, thermal baths, etc.)
- Position of sanitary and electrical connections (including sockets and light switches)
- type of sanitary and electrical connections (e.g. boiler/hot water tank, fuse protection and voltage of connections)
- Position of exhaust air, if any
- The floor of your apartment, if any
- Condition of your walls (e.g. masonry, drywall, concrete, etc.)
*Please note that we cannot guarantee the correctness of the measurements if they have not been taken by us.
Adjustments and confirmation
Once you've decided on a design for your kitchen, we'll go over the layout together one last time to make sure everything is exactly how you envision it. We know that designing a kitchen takes time and careful consideration. That's why we offer our customers three free planning sessions or revisions, so you can explore different options and find your ideal kitchen at Reform.
If your project requires a multi-step planning process, we charge you a fee of 150€ per three additional planning/revision.
Once you place the order and we receive your payment, we will begin production of your kitchen. We make everything to order and have a production time of 9-17 weeks, depending on the design you choose.
Clear the room
When your new kitchen is in production, it’s time to prepare your room for installation. Empty the space completely, make sure that the floor is clean and paint the walls. At this stage, you should also contact your electrician and plumber, so they can help you prepare appliances and install power outlets.
About the kitchen installation
Delivery and installation
We deliver all the parts for your kitchen at the same time, so it's ready to install immediately after delivery. (Third-party products, such as electrical appliances, will be delivered separately).
If you have booked our assembly service, we will coordinate the delivery of the kitchen and the assembly. The assembly will then usually take place 1-3 days after delivery.
Ordering your countertop
If you didn’t already order your countertop with the kitchen, the final measurements will happen after the rest of the kitchen has been mounted to make sure that the countertop fits accurately. Depending on the type of countertop delivery takes 3-6 weeks (stainless steel worktops can take up to 14 weeks) .
