We always strive to deliver on time and within the expected delivery time. Delivery will usually be between 6-15 weeks (EU) / 14-25 weeks (US) depending on the chosen product. It may vary according to design, as some materials have a longer production time.
There may also be extended lead time associated with public holidays, busier times and during the summer holidays. If this is the case, we will inform you during the planning process and upon ordering.
Also, any declaration /importing processes for orders to be delivered outside the EU may delay the delivery.
Changes in lead time may occur due to unforeseen delays and we urge that you do not order installer or carpenter until the final delivery date is confirmed.
The order is initiated as soon as payment of your order is received.
Delivery is therefore based on the date the order is paid, and not the date the order is approved by you.
